§1Visual Design Principles
The six principles the Atlas sets for every visual. This page is built to them, and §15 at the bottom audits the result.
Presenter path: run the Cycle (1), move the Polarity marker into and out of the productive zone (2), run LCDE (3), expand a compressed symbol back to evidence (4), seal a Case Zero prediction (5), then show the Instrument Panel moving with the same inputs.
1Adaptive Intelligence Cycle
Observation through transfer, with emergence outside the guaranteed loop. Atlas caption: "Emergence is a possible phase transition after repeated representational reorganization, not a guaranteed step."
Loops completed: 02Polarity Phase Space
Productive tension depends jointly on difference and containment. Move the two sliders and watch the marker cross the four labeled regions from the Atlas figure.
Atlas regions: productive tension centers near difference 0.6, containment 0.7. Low novelty sits bottom-left, stagnation mid-low, overload bottom-right where difference is high and containment is low.
3Latent Cross-Domain Emergence (LCDE)
Deep domains become latent schemas, then reorganize under a novel target. Atlas prediction: "Prior relational structure should forecast later architecture before the target domain is visible."
4Multi-Resolution Knowledge Architecture
Symbols and principles must expand back to episodes and evidence. Compress runs downward, expand runs upward, and every compressed object carries five required fields. Click any layer.
Worked example on this page: one real-estate recipe object, shown at all five resolutions. The expansion path is the point: a symbol that cannot expand back to evidence fails the Atlas standard.
5Case Zero Temporal Evidence Protocol
Temporal, blinded testing from cutoff to research ruling. "A temporal, blinded, provenance-preserving test of whether pre-AI relational structures predict later Neuruh architecture." Atlas limit, verbatim in spirit: positive evidence supports temporal precedence and predictive usefulness. It does not prove a universal law.
6Jeramie Neural Core — Compound Intelligence Architecture
Compound model, memory, tools, adapters, and decision receipts. The Intent and Risk Router fans out to three routers; all three feed the model layer; every run ends in an Output plus Decision Receipt, and outcome feedback writes back to five stores.
High risk does not get refused by the diagram; it gets routed, receipted, and held at the governance boundary. Generate is not authorize is not execute.
Feedback writes to: episodic memory · claims · preferences · experiment ledger · training candidates
7Archive Refinery
Raw corpus to canonical graph, indexes, and training sets. Atlas rule: "Do not clean the landfill before ingestion. Preserve provenance, then separate canon, research, evidence, contradictions, and quarantine."
8Six Memory Classes
One Adaptive Memory System, six classes, each answering a different question. Click a class.
9Three-Layer Living Canon + Governance Substrate
Canonical, research, and evidence layers over governance. A claim enters as evidence, earns research status when it becomes a candidate, and reaches canonical only through the governance substrate: source identity, date, author, version, decision receipts.
10Experience-to-Asset Value Chain
Experience becomes reusable intelligence, agents, products, and evidence. Atlas line: "The monetizable object is not pain. It is compressed, validated, transferable intelligence with execution history."
11Developmental Capability Tensor
Capability is multidimensional and domain-dependent. The Atlas figure is one example domain profile, marked "Illustrative only. Real profiles vary by domain, stress state, and evidence." The example profile below is an approximate reading of that radar. The other presets are illustrative, built for this demo, and labeled as such.
Ten axes, from the Atlas: Abstraction, Prediction, Causality, Transfer, Execution, Metacognition, Governance, Uncertainty, Social modeling, Temporal horizon. A single IQ-style number would hide exactly what this visual exists to expose: the shape.
12Emergence Furnace (specified in Atlas §12, built here)
Specification: "Show difference + constraint + duration becoming pressure, then branching to escape, damage, repetition, adaptation, and reorganization." Pressure is computed in-browser from the three inputs; containment decides which branch the pressure takes.
Difference and containment come from the Polarity Phase Space sliders (§2), so the furnace, the phase space, and the instrument panel all read the same scenario.
13Semantic Topology Landscape (specified in Atlas §12, built here)
Specification: nodes by concept; height by abstraction; distance by structural similarity; edge thickness by evidence; contradictions as opposing links (red dashed). Sample concept set from the Atlas itself.
Reading it: "Symbol / handle" sits highest because it is the most compressed abstraction; "Evidence / source" sits lowest because it is ground. The red dashed link marks a live contradiction the landscape is required to expose, not hide (§1, principle 6): emergence described as a guaranteed step versus the Atlas caption saying it is not guaranteed.
14Claim Lifecycle State Machine (specified in Atlas §12, built here)
Specification: Raw → extracted → candidate → hypothesis → tested → canonical / rejected / superseded / quarantined. Four terminal states, and tested is the gate: nothing reaches canonical untested.
15Neuruh Organism Integration Map (specified in Atlas §12, built here)
Specification: map SAL, Reality Compiler, QCM, HKRS, SAMCE, PMLA/Vault, NLM, ContextOS, FounderOS, Universal Timeline, and World Emitter. The eleven names are from the Atlas. The one-line roles summarize Neuruh canon, not Atlas text, and are labeled that way.
16Cross-Domain Transfer Matrix (specified in Atlas §12, built here)
Specification: rows as domains; columns as polarity, representation, feedback, compression, transfer, emergence. Scores below are illustrative demo values (0–100), set to show the shape of the instrument, not measured results.
17Decision and Contradiction Timeline (specified in Atlas §12, built here)
Specification: show when concepts appeared, changed names, merged, or were retired. The Atlas gives no dates for these events, so the entries below are the document's own verifiable trail (v1.0, August 1, 2026) plus clearly labeled illustrative concept events.
18Case Study Storyboards (specified in Atlas §12, built here)
Specification: separate panels for resale, fishing, partnership, calligraphy, and AI architecture. Each board follows the same four-beat structure — experience, pattern noticed, transfer, asset — so the cross-domain claim is visible in the format itself. Panel content is a storyboard template: illustrative, written for this demo.
§13Emergence Instrument Panel
All ten gauges from the Atlas, with its own meaning for each. Values are computed live from the scenario you set in §2 and §12 — change the sliders and the panel moves. Conceptual gauges, labeled as such per the QA standards; they are not measurements of a live system.
§14Interactive Graph
Built to the Atlas requirements: zoom from canon to evidence, filter by date, speaker, domain, project, status, and confidence; display aliases and supersession paths; show supporting and contradicting evidence separately; reveal domain bridges and latent schemas; any visual object opens its decision receipts and source records; before/after snapshots for representational change. The dataset is a small sample drawn from Atlas concepts, built to exercise the requirements.
§15Visual QA Standards — Self-Check
The Atlas standards, applied to this page as the check list.
- No unlabeled arrows. Every flow arrow connects named steps in a defined sequence; each section states the relationship the arrows carry.
- No color-only meaning. Every color encoding is paired with a text label or a legend line (§1 principle 2 states the color code in words).
- Readable in grayscale. Layout, labels, and state changes (highlight outline plus log text) do not depend on hue alone.
- Every metric has units or an explicit conceptual label. Phase-space axes are 0.0–1.0 conceptual scales; matrix scores are labeled illustrative 0–100; gauges are labeled conceptual.
- Every hypothetical diagram has a validation status. The Atlas document status (visual representation layer, not empirical proof) is carried in the header banner and repeated where illustrative data appears.
- Every graph can trace to machine-readable data. The §14 graph is rendered from a data table embedded in this page; every node carries its source record in its detail panel.
- Known defect in the source, fixed here: several Atlas figures render with clipped or overlapping box labels (figures 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10). All labels on this page are fully rendered; the Archive Refinery's final two steps are reconstructed from their visible text as "Build graph + indexes" and "Produce context + training sets" and flagged as reconstructions.
